Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Holten Meats Quarter Pound Beef Patty, Frozen,
    *Potato Starch,
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, medium
    *worstershire sauce
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    Garlic powder

Directions

Heat oil in skillet.
Moisten patties and dredge with potato starch.
Brown patties (patties will form a crust but may not be brown due to potato starch.)
Remove patties
Drain oil leaving only 1 Tbs
Add remaining potato starch wisking frequently
add stock, worstershire and garlic powder- wisk
add onions
add patties
Cover with gravy
let simmer 30 mins
