Introduction

Ingredients

    Pulled off meat of Turkey left over and weighed it =32 oz

    Added stock from carcass (forgot to figure that it)

    Added 2 c of carrots, onions, and celery

    Added 8 oz of Quinoa pasta corkscrews (cooked separately and added at end)

    Cooked for 8 hrs low

Directions

After everything was said and done, I divided it into 10 separate containers for separate meals for 1. Close to 2 cups a serving.
