Introduction

Quick and easy way to use left over grilled/baked chicken. Quick and easy way to use left over grilled/baked chicken.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 raw onion
    1 small apple- cored & peeled
    1 Chicken breast (cooked)
    3-4 Tblsp Canola Helmann's Mayo (to taste- some people like it heavier/lighter on the mayo)
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

take all ingredients and put in the food processor. Serve as a sandwich or on crackers with cheese if you are entertaining.

You can substitute grapes for the apple as well. Adding Italian seasoning is also a nice way to add flavor.

**Serving size... not too sure on that- 2 is a guest-imate***
