    SALT
    PEPPER
    GARLIC SALT
    1 T. DRIED PARSLEY
    1 TSP. MINCED GARLIC

Directions

SPRAY NON-STICK SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY, BROWN TURKEY, SEASONING WITH SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, PARSLEY....ADD ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS, CELERY ,CARROTS & MINCED GARLIC, COOK UNTIL VEG. ARE TENDER..ADD RELISH..AND MASHED BLACK BEANS....HEAT THROUGH..
MIX TOGETHER TOMATO SOUP, KETCHUP,BBQ SAUCE, MUSTARD AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR. STIR INTO THE SKILLET...AND SIMMER FOR 10-15 MIN...UNTIL FLAVORS HAVE BLENDED...ADJUST SEASONINGS IF NECESSARY....ADD WATER IF NEEDED.
