Ingredients

    - 1.328 kg (approx. 3 lbs) Pork Boneless Pork Loin Centre Roast
    - 1 cup real Maple Syrup
    - 3 tsps chopped garlic
    - 3 tbsps light soy sauce
    - 3 tbsps cider vinegar
    - 4 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Directions

Makes 10 servings.

Mix together all of the ingredients except the roast. Put the roast in the crockpot and poke holes in it. Add the glaze and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4.5 hours.

    This was so good! I added less maple syrup, 2 lbs of carrots, onions and celery! It was so tender and delicious. I will be making it again. - 1/6/16

    I loved this recipe. My husband and I made it this evening. We used honey to replace some of the maple syrup as real maple syrup is expensive. It had amazing flavor. - 11/23/13
