Ingredients

    3 cups fresh califlower, steamed
    3 cups brown rice, chilled
    1.5 cups of Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
    6 ounces chicken breast, cooked and sliced
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons Braggs Liquid aminos
    2 tablespoons Tamari sauce
    crushed red pepper (to taste)
    minced garlic ( to taste)

Directions

stir-fry veggies and meat together in wok and add 1/2 of the sauces and seasonings.

Add rice and add the other 1/2 of sauces and seasonings.

cook for 5-10 minutes total
