Introduction

Basic Chex Mix, but made with light butter and extra cashews. Basic Chex Mix, but made with light butter and extra cashews.

Ingredients

    3 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
    3 cups Corn Chex Cereal
    3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
    1 cup Mixed Nuts
    1/2 cup Cashews
    20 Snyder's Unsalted Pretzel Twists
    3 TBSP Lea & Perrins Original Worcestershire Sauce
    3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1.25 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    6 TBSP Land o Lakes Light Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 250d
Place light butter in a large roasting pan and place in oven to melt.
When melted, stir in seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
Gradually add cereal, nuts, cashews, and pretzels and stir gently to coat evenly.
Place in oven and bake for 1 hour - stirring every 15 minutes.
Place on paper towels to cool and then store in an airtight container.
Makes about 12 servings (1 cup each)
