Introduction

This is a must! I tried it at a health spa (it is their recipe) and I dont want anything else on my salad anymore. Its got bite and if you make it with less fluid and add a little corn flour it can also be thick enough to spread on toast.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup nutritional flake yeast (not brewers yeast, this kind of yeast grows on molasses).

    1/3 cup of water

    1/3 cup of tamari (read label to make sure it is gluten free)

    1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar

    2 tbsp crushed garlic

    1 1/2 cups of sunflower oil (less for thicker consistency)

Directions

Put all the top 5 ingredients into a blender, while still blending pour in the oil to desired consistency.

Lasts for 2 weeks if refrigerated.
