Ingredients

    1 lb of chicken breast, no skin
    8 soft flour torillas
    1/2 cup of onions or more if you like
    1 28 oz can of Green Enchilada sauce
    2 cups of cheddar jack shredded cheese.

Directions

Mix cooked chicken breast, cooked onions with 1.5 cup of cheese and 1/2 can of enchilada sauce.
Pour a small amount of sauce onto a 9 x 13, fill torillas with mixture. Pour the rest of the sauce over the enchiladas and top with rest of cheese. Cook for 30 minutes at 350.
