Introduction

Ingredients

    1 head radicchio, chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1/2 can Beets, shoe string/ julienne
    4 oz reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
    1 Tbsp Dill, dried
    2 Tbsp Red Wine vinegar (more or less to taste)
    salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss well.

Makes 6 servings.
