*Potato, raw, 2 cup diced (remove)
*Buttermilk, 1 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Directions
peel and slice your potatoes
or buy the presliced potatoes
cook the potatoes
add sausage in the center of pan
meanwhile, mix eggs and buttermilk
when the sausage is fully cook you can add the eggs & buttermilk in the center of the pan and let it cook
then you scramble the whole thing
you could always topped it with some sharp cheedar cheese
to make it more spicy add 1-2 diced jalapenos
