Introduction

Lowest-fat and lowest-sodium version of my old favorite. Also, much lower cholesterol. Lowest-fat and lowest-sodium version of my old favorite. Also, much lower cholesterol.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters, cooked and chopped2 Tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes, lightly crushed
    2 packets Splenda
    Dash of paprika

Directions

Mix ingredients together and serve as is or put on bread for a sandwich. Makes about 1 1/2 cups (14 oz.) and serves 6 1/4 cup servings (not exact).
