Ingredients

    4 cod filets(or an unbreaded fish of your choice); Juice of 1 lemon; zest of 1 lemon; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 teaspoon crushed oregano leaves; Green olives or olives of choice (optional)

Directions

mix juice of one lemon with olive oil and lemon zest. Drizzle over fish filets and springle oregano on top of fish. Marinade for 30 minutes turning several times to coat well. Place fish in broiler pan. Turn once. cook till fish flakes and is browning on edges. Fish can be cut in strips or chunks and put on skewers with olives for a greek cabob flair. Olives not included in calories. cooking depends on thickness of fish. usually no more than 8 minutes.
