Ingredients

    1 pint of sour cream, reduced fat
    1 can of healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, diced or sliced
    1 tbsp butter
    2 8oz packs of mushrooms, sliced
    salt+pepper to taste

    *Pasta or rice, cooked. Not included in Nutrition

Directions

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until soft
Add cream of mushroom, stir to combine. Add sour cream and water to desired consistency.

Serve over egg noodles or brown rice (not included in nutrition information)
