Ingredients

    7 ounces Blue Crab, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup Margarine
    5 ounces Velveeta Cheese Spread
    2 tbsp Mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
    12 English Muffins, split

Directions

Makes 48 servings

Combine crab meat, margarine, cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings in bowl; mix well. Spread on muffin halves. Cut each half into fourths. Freeze on baking sheet. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes or until puffed and bubbly. Serve hot.
