Ingredients

    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast tenders
    4 Low Carb Large Tortillas
    1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    1 tomato, sliced thin
    4 tablespoons Ken's Light Caesar Dressing
    2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tablespoon lemon-infused olive oil
    salt
    pepper
    paprika

Directions

Toss chicken tenders in the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook on a grill pan. Allow to cool and then dice into chunks.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the Caesar dressing on each tortilla (4 tortillas).
Add chicken, lettuce, tomato, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and roll up.
