Ingredients

Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), .25 cup (remove)
Lentils, .25 cup (remove)
Beans, red kidney, .25 cup (remove)
*Summer Squash, 1 small (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), .5 cup (remove)
*Breadcrumbs, .5 cup (remove)
Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
Wheat germ, crude, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Wash, shred or mince all veggies. Process chickpeas (if raw, cook of course) and lentils in food processor.
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until onion has softened (about 2 mins). Add squash and carrots and toss until tender. Boil rice until tender.
Add rice, chick pea, lentile and mushroom (optional ingredient) to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2 mins. Remove pan.
Blend lightly in food processor, add parlsey (or cilantro), salt and pepper to taste, soy sauce and egg.
Lower heat and cook another 3-4 minutes until firm.
Serve on buns. Add chutney (optional) or whatever you like.
There were no cooking instructions for the loaf. Will add as I experiment.
