Introduction

Yummy way to get kids to eat veggies. A one dish meal that freezes well. Yummy way to get kids to eat veggies. A one dish meal that freezes well.

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground beef (browned)
    1 package frozen veggies (10 oz)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (11 oz)
    1 cup milk
    1 cup shredded cheese
    4 cups shredded frozen hash browns
    Seasoning to taste (garlic powder, salt, pepper)

Directions

Spread ground beef on bottom of a greased 13x9 cooking pan or casserole dish. Top with frozen veggies. Season to taste (garlic powder, salt, pepper). Top with hash browns. Mix cream soup and milk and spread over top of hash browns. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and cook at 350 until bubbly (approximately 1 hour). Serves 6-8.
