Ingredients

    extra virgin olive oil
    Chicken breast, no skin
    shallots
    onion
    garlic
    white wine
    chicken broth
    salt & pepper

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan and add chicken, flipping once, until done. Add the broth, scraping all the bits from the bottom of the pan, and then add the wine. Add the already chopped onion, shallot, and garlic. Add chicken at the end to soak up the sauce.
