Ingredients

    2 cans black beans (19 oz.)
    1 can lupini beans (19 oz.)
    1.5 KG of medium ground beef
    1 can diced tomatoes (796ml)
    2 jars Passata (strained tomatoes) (680ML)
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    7 cloves of garlic, chopped
    2 tsps. chili powder
    1 tsp. oinion powder
    1 tsp. smoked paprika

Directions

Cook the ground beef along with the onions and garlic. Drain off the grease, then put the meat into a large pot along with the beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and spices.
Let it simmer for about an hour.
Enjoy with a little cheese or scoop up with tortilla chips!!
