Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 12 oz Fresh Salmon Fillet
    1 TBLSPN McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
    2 Fresh Lemon Wedges (to taste)

Directions

Place Salmon Fillet, skin down, on Aluminum Foil.
Season top of fillet with McCormick seasoning.
Prepare BBQ (charcoal prefered) on medium heat (approximatly 170 degrees).
Place Salmon with aluminum foil directly over coals, allow to cook for 15 minutes. Salmon should turn from dark red to reddish pink, skin should not burn.
Serve Salmon Hot. Fresh Lemon as a garnish. Great side dishes include steamed asperagus and steamed red potatoes.
