Ingredients

    1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
    1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
    1 tsp peeled & finely grated fresh ginger root
    1 can (10 oz) chunk white chicke, drained & flaked
    1 TBSP soy sauce
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup miracle whip, lite
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    38 wonton wrappers

Directions

preheat oven to 425. combine ingredients. To assemble, place wrappers on pan. lightly brush edges of each wonton with water. place a mounded scoop of filling onto center of each wonton. shape & seal as desired. Place potstickers on baking stone, bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Good served with jalepeno dipping sauce, made by combining 1/2 cup jalepeno jelly, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, and 1 TBSP soy sauce (not included in this recipe's calorie count)
