Introduction

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can of black beans
    1 can original rotel
    1 11 oz can of sweet corn
    1 packet low sodium taco spice
    2 large chicken breasts

Directions

Open all cans. Dump rotel into crockpot without draining. Drain beans and corn first (rinse if desired).

Add packet of taco spice and stir. Place chicken breasts on top and spoon some of the mixture on top. Put crockpot on high for two hours, and then to low for 3 (or on medium for 6 to 8).

Great with chips and a little cheese.
