Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Chunk Light Albacore Tuna in water
    2 large hard boiled eggs (yolk removed)
    1 tbsp Kraft Light Mayo
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp black pepper
    1 cup onion chopped

Directions

Boil 2 large eggs, 20 miinutes. Remove shell and yolk. Open can of tuna, place in mixing bowl, add diced egg white. Add mayo, onion, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Stir and serve over lettuce with crackers or without lettuce with crackers. Great lunch or dinner.

    Incredible!
    This is a great recipe. I made it today for lunch with Sara Lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread toasted. It was delicious. I also added some shredded lettuce to it. - 1/28/13
