Ingredients

    1 42 oz container Old Fashioned Oats
    1 14oz bag coconut
    1 6oz bag chopped pecans
    1 6 oz bag sliced almonds
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    3/4 cup canola oil
    3/4 cup honey
    1 tbsp. vanilla.
    1 6 oz package dried cranberries
    8 oz package dried mixed berries.

Directions

1 42 oz container Old Fashioned Oats
1 14oz bag coconut
1 6oz bag chopped pecans
1 6 oz bag sliced almonds
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Mix all these ingredients in a very large bowl
Then whisk together 3/4 cup canola oil & 3/4 cup honey with 1 tbsp. vanilla.
Pour this over dry ingredients while mixing. Mix together well. Then pour into large roaster and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Very important or it will burn.
After the mixture cools add 1 6 oz package dried cranberries & 1 8 oz package dried mixed berries.
Freezes well. Store in refrigerator.
