Ingredients

1 - 3 lb Spaghetti squash
1 - 680 gram bag of pre cooked, de-veined and peeled shrimp
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup mixed greens
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar (or balsamic)
1 tsp Asian red chili paste
Directions
1. Cook squash
2. Place oil in pan and cook shrimp until done.
3. Add squash and cook for one minute. Add greens and cook for one minute.
4. Add soy sauce, wine vinegar and chili paste and cook, stirring constantly, for another 30 seconds.
Makes 4 1 cup servings.
