Ingredients

4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped garlic (I use the already chopped in a jar)
    2 teaspoons dried rosemary
    2 can beef broth
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    salt and pepper

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and add garlic.
Meanwhile sprinkle chops with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Brown chops on each side in hot skillet.
Add beef broth, reduce heat and let chops simmer for 35-45 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove chops. Stir cornstarch into 1 tablespoon water until smooth, then whisk into broth to thicken.

TIP: Don't use beef bouillon. As it reduces it becomes very salty.
