Ingredients

    2 - 14 oz Reduce Sodium Chicken Broth
    1.5 c. water
    5 Chicken Thighs, boneless, skin removed (trim visible fat)
    4-5 medium carrots, chopped
    4-5 celery stalks, chopped
    1/2 medium white onion, chopped
    1 box (6 oz) wild rice, uncooked
    1 bay leaf
    Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Directions

1. Add all of the ingredients to the crockpot.
2. Plug it in. Turn it on high.
3. Go to work, shop, exercise, whatever you want to do for 8 hours.
4. Remove the bay leaf and bon appetite.
