Introduction

This can be used as a marinade for Chicken, Fish or Shrimp. It is also good for stir frying these foods and vegetables.

Yield: Approximately 1 3/4 cups
Makes approximately (14) 2 tbsp Servings

This marinade has a mild flavor but if you find it too tangy, add 1-2 tbsp water to the mixture or replace Cider Vinegar with Apple Juice.

Ingredients

    Juice of 1 Tangerine
    Juice of 1 Large Lemon
    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce (Low Sodium is recommended)
    1 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
    8 Cloves Garlic
    1 Medium Onion
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Juice Tangerine and Lemon. Add Soy Sauce, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, and Cider Vinegar,

Chop Garlic and use salt to grind into a paste by running the back of a spoon over the miture. Add to liquid.

Chop onion and add to liquid with all seasonings.

Allow to sit for 10-30 minutes. Blend in food proccessor until smooth. Refrigerate.
