Ingredients

    Mmebers Mark Roasted garlic and Mozzarella Sausage. 5 sliced
    6 cups Normandy or California frozen veggies
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 Tbls. olive Oil
    6 Tbls. Balsalmic Vinegar
    2 Tbls. Cider or Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

Place oil and vinegars in large deep skillet or electric skillet. Add sliced sausage and onion and saute'. Add frozen veggie blend and saute' for about 15 minutes or until veggies are hot throughout. Enjoy.
