Ingredients

    * *Naturally More Peanut Butter, 3 tbsp
    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Sweet potato, 1 sweet potato, 5" long

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.. In a medium size bowl, mix peanut butter and EVOO. Slice sweet potatoes into desired shape (I made wedges, but you can slice into fry shape.) Use your hands to mix sweet potatoes and peanut butter mix. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Flip sweet potatoes and bake for an addition 10-15 minutes.
