Ingredients

    4 cups vegetable stock
    36 oz low sodium v8 juice
    3 boiled potatoes, cubed (medium)
    1 medium onion minced
    2 cups rough chopped cabbage
    10 oz package mixed vegetables
    1 can diced tomatoes in liquid
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (leave out for vegan version)
    3/4 cup pearled barley (uncooked)
    2 tsp kitchen bouquet browning liquid

Directions

Combine all and simmer for one hour or soup until reaches the desired consistency Makes 6-8 1.5 cup servings
