Introduction
Easy way to make a great "southwest" dinner Easy way to make a great "southwest" dinnerNumber of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Jar of Salsa (I like to use the fresh kind that you can buy at the grocery store, but any kind works)
2 tbs Goya Adobo Seasoning
Directions
Wash and trim any excess fat from the chicken breast. I like to divide it into four equal servings before cooking so that the chicken is already portioned.
Place chicken in glass baking dish and sprinkle Adobo seasoning on both sides, lightly coating. Cover chicken breasts with salsa.
Bake in the over at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (white all the way through).
Can be served with rice and veggies for a really delicious and healthy meal!
