Introduction

I like this smoothie because it gives me a lot of vitamins and the potassium is great for high blood pressure. I like this smoothie because it gives me a lot of vitamins and the potassium is great for high blood pressure.

Ingredients

    2 c. fresh spinach
    1/4 c. aloe vera juice
    1 med. banana
    1 c. frozen blueberries
    1 T. chia seeds
    4 T. hemp protein with fiber
    2 T. green food powder supplement
    1 c. orange juice

Directions

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend. If it is too thick, you can either use more juice or add water to thin it out. Serve. This should make about 1 quart of smoothie or 4-8 oz. servings.
