This is a great way to start a cold winter morning and it really satisfies. It's quick and easy to make.You can tweak the recipe a number of ways. Some mornings I use only 1 tbs of peanut butter. Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal - quick or old fashioned
1 cup water
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon oatmeal topping
Oatmeal topping (found on Kitchenparade.com):
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together and store in an airtight container.

Place oatmeal in microwave safe bowl.
Add 1 cup water (milk can also be used)
Microwave on high for 1:30 minutes.
Remove from microwave and add peanut butter. Stir to mix.
Add oatmeal topping. Stir.
