Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Hot water
    1 Egg
    2 TBLS butter

    3 1/2 cups flour
    1 Cup bread flour
    2 tsp salt
    2 TBLS sesame seeds
    2 TBLS poppy seeds
    4 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions

Place the ingredients in the bread machine as directed by the maker of the machine. I myself, place the liquid in first and then the rest. Put the machine on the dough setting. When it's done, I divided the bread in half and roll out to a 12 x 7 inch rectangle. Roll the bread into a jelly roll type of "log." Place in bread pans and let rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. May brush the top with butter to help keep it soft.
