Ingredients

    3 onions
    1 leek
    2 sticks of celery
    stock cube
    1.5l water
    salt and pepper
    thyme fresh
    sage fresh
    bay leaves
    vemouth

Directions

Chop all vegetables, place in pan and sweat with vermouth then add bay leaves and herbs.
Add water and stock cube,leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove bay leaves, season and blend
