Introduction

Adapted white sauce. I added some savory and thyme to vegetables (sauteed) with sauce on pasta.

Ingredients

    12 oz. soft tofu, drained
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup grated mozerella cheese
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Braise minced garlic
Be sure to cube the tofu then add all ingredients into the blender.
Heat thoroughly.
I added some savory and thyme to vegetables (sauteed) with sauce on pasta.
