Ingredients

    8oz Neufchatel cheese
    2 c. Mozzarell
    4oz can mushrooms
    Jar spaghetti sauce
    16oz Noodles
    Onion
    Green Pepper
    Garlic
    1lb Ground Beef

Directions

Fry meat with onion, green pepper & garlic & drain. Add sauce & mushrooms & cook until heated through. Boil noodles & drain. Break cream cheese apart & stir into noodles until melted & noodles coated. Layer noodles & sauce until all used. Top w/mozzarella cheese & bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 mins.
