    1 lb. of frozen stir fry or Normandy mix vegetable. 3 cans of water packed tuna, 1 can of cream of mushroom soups, 2 cups of shreaded cheese.


In a large baking pan (I use the disposable aluminum dripper pans) Place the frozen vegetable mix. Toss in the 3 cans of tuna and then stir in the mushroom soup. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes in a moderate oven (350* - 375*). Serve hot. Makes 8 large servings.
