Ingredients

    2 cans of diced tomatoes - not drained
    1 can corn - drained
    1 can french style green beans - drained
    cup and a half left over pork tenderloin - cubed bite size
    cup and a half biscuit mix
    enough water to make the mix pourable

Directions

tomatoes in the bottom of the casserole dish
top with corn and beans and mix it up.
pour the cubed pork on top and then pour over the biscuit mix once you have mixed it with the water to a pourable batter
bake at 350 for about 40 minutes until the toppong batter seems browned and done

serves 6
made it in a 8X8 square corningware casserole dish
