Ingredients

    1 pound boneless / skinless Chicken Breast cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 Green Bell Pepper - cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 Red Bell Pepper - cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper - cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 White onion - cut into 1 inch pieces
    Garlic cloves - as much or as little as you like (I use 6)
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 Can Hunts Pasta Sauce - Any flavor
    1 box Barilla Plus Farfalle

Directions

Prepare farfalle per box instructions. In a large skillet or wok, saute' chicken in olive oil with garlic until fully cooked. Add peppers and onion and cook until tender crisp. Add pasta sauce and cook until heated through. Drain pasta and stir into sauce mixture. Simmer over low heat until cooked through.

Makes 8 one cup servings.
