Ingredients

*Zuchini Squash 1 cup(124 g) includes skin, 1 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (white)
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded (or coleslaw mix)
Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (or coleslaw mix)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
*Bonito flakes (Ajinomoto), 1 tsp(s)
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup (steamed and starch removed)
Directions
For RICE:
1. take rice and put it in a big enough container to hold 4-5 cups of water along with rice.
2. put it in microwave for 10 mins.
3. check if the rice grains are fully elongated and are soft enough to smash by your finger tip.
4. if not, keep for another 2-3 mins.
5. Drain the excess water from rice and keep in microwave for another 3 mins.
For vegetables:
1.add 1 tbs of olive oil in a pan
2.added thinly sliced onion and saute them.
3. add coleslaw mix, diced zuchini, mushrooms and any other vegetable you wish. Saute them slightly.
4. add rice to it.
5. add ajinomoto(optional), salth and black pepper to it.
6. to make it very spicy add chili garlic sauce.
7. mix well and heat for 1-2 mins.
