Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 tsp. yeast (not quick rise)
dash of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let rise for at least 4 hours in a non-drafty place, covered.
Knead dough about 10 times or mix with electric mixer 10 seconds using a dough hook.
Line a second bowl with parchment paper, dump dough into bowl so it is on parchment paper. Let rise 30 minutes
While dough is rising, place a 5 qt. Dutch oven with its lid on in a cold oven and preheat oven for 30 minutes to 450 degrees.
Very carefully remove Dutch oven lid and place parchment paper and dough into oven. You can use the parchment paper as "handles". Replace lid.
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until bread is a nice golden brown.
Remove from oven and place bread on a wire rack. Allow to cool at least 1 hour before cutting.
