Ingredients

    3 medium bananas
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup organic cane sugar
    1 tablespoon molasses
    1 cup white flour
    1 cup peanut flour
    1T cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup chocolate chips
    0.75 tsp baking soda

Directions

Mix together wet ingredients: bananas, canola oil, applesauce, sugar and molasses.

Fold together dry ingredients: flour, peanut flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt.

Fold together wet and dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips.
Place in loaf pan.
Cook 40 min at 350F.
