Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz. Chopped Turkey
    7 Med Potatoes, cubed and boiled
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 cup Mozzarella Whole Milk Cheese, shredded
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
    1 cup onions chopped
    2 tbsp flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    Knorr, Chicken Bouillon pkg.
    Club House Vegetable Spice

Directions

Cook Potatoes, adding 1 tsp. salt to water. Put onion carrots, pepper and ground turkey in a large skillet and heat through adding bouillion mixed with hot water, and stir in two tbsp. flour. (I use arrowroot flour) Sprinkle mixture with Club House Vegetable Spice. Mash Potatoes with 1/4 cup skim milk and 1 tbsp butter. Place turkey mixture into a 9x13 Casserole Dish and top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
