Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 can light chunk tuna, drained
    1/2 can black beans, drained
    a couple of tomato slices
    1 slice of rye bread
    1/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Drain the tuna and black beans, and mix together. Spread the mixture on the rye bread. Add the tomato slices, followed by the cheese sprinkled on top. Either put in the oven on broil, or on a George Foreman also on broil for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Ready to serve!
