Ingredients

2-10 ounce bags broccoli florets
1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or miracle whip
1.5 tsp curry powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1 tbs lemon juice
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast - diced
0.75 shredded monterrey jack cheese
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Microwave broccoli 4 1/2 minutes or just until tender.
3) Layer broccoli in 9x13 inch pan.
4) Place chicken over broccoli.
5) Combine remaining ingredients - except for cheese - and layer over chicken and broccoli.
6) Sprinkle cheese over entire pan, and cover with foil.
7) Bake 25 minutes.
8) Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer.
