Introduction

This is a yummy slow cooker recipe but could probably be made on the stove, too. Cook ground beef and add to slow cooker with all the other ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.     2 lbs of lean ground beef
    2 19oz cans of diced tomatoes
    2 medium onions finely chopped
    2-3 cloves of garlic
    2 tbsp of chilli powder
    1 tsp of pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
    2 19 oz cans of red kidney beans
