Ingredients

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Tomato Sauce, 2 cups
Frigo Cheese Heads Light String Cheese Sticks, 3 oz (3 sticks)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Dried Basil, 1 tbsp
Dried Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Dried Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Chopped Freah Garlic, 3 tsp
Shredded Parmesean Cheese, 2 tbsp
Directions
Clean chicken and cut each breast into 3-5 thin pieces
Heat olive oil and garlic on med in frying pan
In small pot, heat spaghetti sauce on medium-low
Add chicken breasts and sprinkle with seasonings, salt, pepper and sugar
Gently shake the pan so the bottom of the chicken is coated in olive oil and does not stick
Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Remove from pan and place on paper towel to remove excess oil
Spread half of the sauce on the bottom a small glass baking dish
Place chicken on top of sauce in a single layer
Cut each cheese stick into several thin pieces and place a few pieces on to of each slice of chicken
Cover cheese with a few tablespoons of sauce
Sprinkle parmesean cheese on each piece
Cover dish with tin foil
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
